Homemade Mayo & Potato Salad

HOMEMADE MAYONAISE

Recipe:

You can use an immersion blender or a mixer. The immersion blender is faster.

1 Room Temperature Egg

1 Tsp honey mustard

1 Tsp of lemon juice

if using an immersion blender add 1 cup of (non seed )oil

Cup the egg yoke with the mouth of the blender and immersion blend until it thickens, this not take long about 30 sec

If your using a Mixer, add 1 cup of (non seed) oil slowly, once added continue to mix on high for about 3-5 minutes (until it thickens)








Potato Salad

6 Medium Size Potato's cut up into quarters and cook until soft.

Boil 5 eggs for 3 mins at the start of boiling. Turn off burner and let sit for 2 mins. Take off heat and strain. Add Cold water to the eggs.

Take the Shell off the eggs and cut up into quarters.

Let the eggs cool.



Creamy Potato Salad
Creamy Potato Salad

Once the Potatoes are done, strain and add to a mixing bowl. You can either Mash them or use a Mixer to make them smooth.

Once the Potatoes are mashed add the egg and mix together.

Cut up 1 onion

1/4 cup celery

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 cup Mayo

Mix together, once this is done set it in the fridge for 2 hours or more.

***THE LONGER IT SITS THE BETTER IT IS***
